In Kontra, promo codes award players free Kredits, the primary currency used to customize tactical loadouts. Players spend these funds in the shop to purchase weapon skins, cosmetics, agents, badges, and stickers. Using these promotional claims allows you to personalize your weapons without spending Robux before entering competitive matches.

How to Redeem Kontra Codes
Redeeming promo codes in Kontra takes place directly inside the game client on Roblox. Follow these exact in-game steps to claim your items:
- Launch Kontra on Roblox.
- Click the Gift icon in the top-right corner of the screen, or select the Promocodes button on the left side of the interface.
- Switch to the PROMOCODES tab or section.
- Enter your code into the Promocodes text box.
- Click the Submit button to finalize the claim and receive your rewards.
Why Your Promo Code Might Not Work
If the redemption system does not accept an entry, check the following common issues:
- Case Sensitivity: The redemption system requires the exact capitalization matching the original promotional release. Typing in lowercase when capital letters are required will cause an error.
- Accidental Spaces: Copying entries often adds unintended spaces before or after the text string. Clear any extra blank spaces inside the input field.
- Chat Box Entry: Codes must be submitted via the designated Promocodes interface box. Entering them into standard in-game chat will not trigger rewards.
- Expired Promotions: Promotional campaigns in early-stage games are often time-limited or capped by developer thresholds. Once a campaign window concludes, the game rejects further redemption attempts.
- Prior Redemption: Promo codes in Kontra are limited to a single claim per Roblox account. Attempting to submit a previously claimed code will result in an error.
Other Ways to Claim Free Rewards in Kontra
Beyond promo codes, developer blackcatsisreal provides several built-in methods to collect additional currency and perks:
- Group Membership Bonuses: Joining the official blackcatsisreal Roblox group unlocks access to free Playtime Rewards and Daily Bonuses directly in the experience.
- Match Participation: Playing rounds across competitive maps yields Kredits based on match activity, allowing consistent players to build their balance organically over time.
- Roblox Plus Benefit: Having Roblox Plus applies an automatic 10% discount across Kredits purchases and grants an in-game Plus badge.
